💛🎉 Celebrating Excellence in Education! 🎉💛 Last night, several of our incredible Pecatonica High School teachers were awarded grants from the Blanchardville Hollandale Area Fund through their Excellence in Education Grant Program—and we are so proud to celebrate their achievements! 👏 Mrs. Lenz received a grant to upgrade the student kitchen by replacing outdated appliances and adding a new refrigerator. This kitchen is a valuable space used by both middle and high school students for classes and cooking activities. 👏 Mrs. Steele was awarded funding to ensure feminine hygiene products are readily available to students—supporting both health and dignity. 👏 Ms. Rindy received a grant for the MS/HS Science Department to purchase two new educational models: 🔬 A tool to help simulate protein synthesis 🧍 A life-sized human anatomy model to support hands-on learning of body systems Thank you to the Blanchardville Hollandale Area Fund for your generous support of education and for helping bring these impactful projects to life! 🌟 #PecatonicaPride #ExcellenceInEducation #ThankYou #CommunitySupport #GrantsInAction 💛

In an effort to get you your PA Football gear in time for the start of the season, we are going to offer two waves of clothing orders. The first wave is right now! The first wave of orders should be placed by May 21st. We hope to have orders in for pick-up at the schools by the end of the month.

This morning, our youngest Vikings explored their environment in Early Childhood. They further developed language through singing, hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills and more all through play!

Fourth graders took a trip back to 1893 and spent a day at the Old School House in Mount Horeb! Students spent the day at school, doing chores, making jump ropes, and corn husk dolls!

Part 2 As part of our unit of study about insects 4K student have been observing caterpillars and watching all the changes that they go through. This week we have some exciting news to share that our butterflies have emerged from their chrysalis and we released them outside. Students had so much fun watching all the changes and patiently waiting for them to emerge! 🐛 🦋
