This week 4K students are learning about different kinds of pets and what they need. Today students got to bring in their own “pet” to school! During centers students got to groom their pet, make it a collar, and used their creativity to make it a home. Students were so proud to share what they created!
Our Early Childhood students are enjoying the song and story We're Going on a Bear Hunt! Students are enjoying exploring in dramatic play, playing with bears in the sensory table and doing table activities together!
Last week a group of Pecatonica students attended Women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Career Day at UW Platteville. The ladies attended hands-on sessions about engineering, solar energy, animal science, physics, and technology.

Our After School Care Program is getting into the Halloween spirit by decorating pumpkins. PES staff will vote for their favorite throughout the week.
Pecatonica High School students received hands-on experience this week by participating in mock interviews with local professionals. Special shout out to Ms. Bartels and Mrs. Schliem for coordinating this valuable experience for our English students! #PecatonicaProud #Viking Nation

Pecatonica 6th graders took a trip to the Prairie this week. They learned about soil quality and saw pelts from Wisconsin animals!
