The Parent Portal is a confidential and secure Website where you can get current information about your child's school attendance, grades and facilitate online enrollment 100% virtually. The Parent Portal allows report cards to be viewed online and printed. Attendance information is also available. When you, as a parent or guardian, log-in you have access to information about all of the scholars for which you are associated. Class schedules, assignments and grades can be viewed. E-mail hyperlinks facilitate communication with teachers.

Welcome to the Pecatonica Area School District!
If you are BRAND NEW to Pecatonica and currently reside within our attendance boundaries, keep reading to learn how to enroll your student. If you do not live within our attendance boundaries but wish to attend PASD, visit our Open Enrollment page.
New Student Registration
New Students, including 4 & 5 Year Old Kindergarten
In accordance with the PASD policy, any child who meets the entrance age requirements and legally resides in the boundaries of the district shall be admitted to school in the district.
Register your scholar(s) using the Infinite Campus link below. Once you have clicked on the link, you will choose "Start New Registration"
Once your enrollment application is complete and submitted, please contact your school's office to set up an enrollment appointment.

Appointments are set based on the availability of our staff and take place Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Additional times may be available if other arrangements have been made beforehand with the enrollment specialist. These appointments should take approximately 10 minutes.
*If you're scheduling an appointment where you will need to use the school computer to complete the application and provide the required documents, please plan on this appointment taking 30 minutes or more.
At your enrollment appointment, the parent/legal guardian will need to provide the three required documents listed in Step Three.
Attention 4K Parents: If your 4K student participated in the District's Child Development Day, you do NOT need to schedule an enrollment appointment.
The parent/legal guardian will need to provide the three required documents listed below:
1. PROOF OF RESIDENCY (SELECT ONE OF THE FOLLOWING):
Lease Agreement with current address, names of people residing at the address, effective date and all parties signatures.
Current Utility Bill (within 45 days); gas, electric, cable, or city/village water with name and current address.
Home Purchase Agreement or Offer to Purchase with the name of buyer and seller, and current address.
NOTE: We cannot accept cell phone contracts, driver’s licenses, or financial documents. If you are not the lessee or homeowner, proof of residency is still required along with a letter from the lessee or homeowner stating you are residing there.
2. PROOF OF CHILD’S AGE (SELECT ONE OF THE FOLLOWING)
Birth Certificate: For information on how to request a Birth Certificate call Wisconsin Department of Health Services at (608) 266-1371.
Current passport
State ID or driver's license
3. PARENT/GUARDIAN PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION
Only parents or legal guardians may enroll a student. Please bring proof of identification for yourself to your enrollment meeting.
Existing Student Registration

Once you have logged into Infinite Campus see the menu on the left side of your home page, click on the word “more” at the bottom of the menu list. A new menu list will populate and you will choose "Existing Student Registration" to review and update any information.

Registration Fees for all grade levels can be paid online as well as class dues for high school scholars. Food service accounts can also be paid online as well.
Middle School and High School Athletic Fees have not been added as we are waiting for sign up lists from coaches. If you know your child/ren are participating in athletics for the 23-24 school year and would like to pay that fee online with the rest, reach out to Kelly to have it added to your portal. If your child/ren is participating in athletics, make sure to get physical or alternate year forms into the office before the 1st day of practice for the sport they are participating in.
